Stockholm, 13 Mar 2026 – Sysarb, the leading European SaaS platform for pay transparency and pay equity compliance, today announces the opening of a new office in Copenhagen. As part of the expansion, the company is also strengthening its local organisation by hiring its first Country Director in Denmark.
The move marks an important milestone in Sysarb’s continued European growth and reflects the increasing demand from Danish employers preparing for the EU Pay Transparency Directive.
“Denmark is a strategically important market for Sysarb, with a strong tradition of fairness, transparency, and mature HR practices,” says Timmy Lundin, Chief Commercial Officer at Sysarb.
“We already support more than 350.000 employees for Danish clients and see that number growing in a rapid pace, and opening a local office in Copenhagen is a natural next step in cementing our commitment to the Danish market and expanding our long strategic partnership with our leading partner, Klar Reward Agency.”
The Sysarb office will be jointly run with Klar Reward Agency, one of the most reputable advisory firms in Denmark.
”A key success factor for Sysarb is the ability to provide a local, Danish-speaking team, expertly trained in both our platform and the EU Pay Transparency Directive, but also with strong advisory capabilities to make our clients even more succesful with their pay equity strategies,” says Timmy Lundin.
“Manual spreadsheets and static reports can’t keep up with the speed of change and rising compliance demands. The future is real-time, and built on reliable data,” says Daniel Winther, Sysarb’s new Country Director for Denmark. “By building a local, expert presence in Denmark, we can support organizations not only with compliance, but with creating transparent and fair pay structures that build trust and scale over time.”
Sysarb currently supports more than 700 organisations and over 1,000 HR teams across 60 countries. Through its three integrated modules - Structure, Analyze, and Involve - the platform automates the entire pay transparency lifecycle, from job architecture and pay equity analysis to regulator-ready reporting and transparent communication with managers and employees.
