The Universal Fair Pay Check®, launched by the Berlin-based Fair Pay Innovation Lab, is an internationally recognized certification that sets a global standard for fair pay. The rigorous certification process evaluates companies on neutrality, verification, monitoring, and transparency, ensuring that unjustified pay gaps are closed and prevented from re-emerging.
