About the Panel:
Jennifer is a Managing Associate in Linklaters' Belgian Employment and Incentives practice. She is adept at helping companies navigate their critical employment and incentives matters, including advisory, contentious, and transactional issues. Jennifer has particular expertise in pay transparency, ESG (focusing on workers' and human rights), diversity, social reporting (CSRD, GRI), and HR aspects of the green transition, as well as in compensation and benefits (including remuneration in the financial sector, executive pay and pensions).

Feriel is a Managing Associate in the Employment Law practice of Linklaters in Paris. She has a strong expertise in assisting both French and multinational companies in all aspects of employment law, particularly on complex reorganisations, employment aspects of domestic and cross-border acquisitions, mergers and business transfer transactions, industrial relations and negotiation with employee representatives/unions, compliance matters, health and safety in the workplace, litigation and dispute resolutions.

Johanna is a Compensation and Pay Equity Consultant at Sysarb, specializing in assisting private sector organizations in adopting systematic approaches to pay transparency. She guides companies in developing and organizing their job architecture, enabling them to leverage structured frameworks for conducting pay gap analyses using Sysarb's platform. With extensive international experience in HR advisory, Johanna brings a comprehensive perspective to addressing pay disparities, focusing on sustainable solutions that go beyond salary adjustments.
